Buster Boy: Dad, how will Snert [our dog] chase away zombies? He only chases birds.
Me: Well he's a very clever dog, I'm sure he'll manage to keep them away.
Buster Boy: If I see a zombie I'll grab something big and heavy and hit him and smash him in the face.

There wasn’t a single piece of dry road between Albury and Phillip Island. Between Whitfield and Mansfield the cloud was so low that you couldn’t see to the next corner at times. Rain bucketed down as we came down the Black Spur. After crossing the bridge at San Remo we were buffeted by huge wind gusts and absolutely drenched by another downpour. I can’t imagine anywhere...
